Service Categories
Scaffolding
Independent scaffolding erection, adaptation, and dismantling for commercial and public sector clients. We design and build compliant access scaffolding, temporary roofing, birdcage and cantilever structures, and facade access systems. All work is carried out by CISRS card-holding operatives in accordance with TG20 and client-specific method statements.
Brickwork
New brickwork construction and masonry repairs for commercial premises, public sector buildings, and civic infrastructure. We undertake new-build brickwork to engineer's drawings, infill and repair works, arch repairs, and structural alterations. Material matching and mortar specification to suit the existing structure is carried out as standard.
Pointing
Repointing of brick and stone masonry for commercial and public sector buildings, including heritage structures. We remove defective mortar to the correct depth, prepare joint profiles to specification, and apply a mortar mix matched to the original in composition and appearance. Weathered, flush, and recessed joint profiles all undertaken.
Painting & Decorating
Commercial interior and exterior painting and decorating for hotels, offices, civic buildings, and industrial premises. We carry out surface preparation, priming, and application of specialist coatings for exterior masonry, metalwork, and timber. We work around operational requirements to minimise disruption to your business.
Structural Steelwork
Supply, fabrication, and installation of structural steelwork for commercial and civic developments. We work from structural engineer's drawings to deliver steel frames, lintels, RSJs, and bespoke fabrications for new build and refurbishment projects. All steelwork is supplied and installed under a single contract.
Reactive Maintenance
Rapid-response reactive maintenance for local authorities, hotel operators, and commercial businesses. We attend and resolve defects across our core trades (scaffolding, brickwork, pointing, painting, and steelwork), typically within 24 to 48 hours of notification. Ongoing maintenance contracts and call-off arrangements available for clients requiring regular cover.
